Best free photo editor
Pixlr is definitely the best free photo editor i have used it has a huge number of features and still manages to be very simple for the user to navigate through, as you can see above a before and after of a photo i edited notice how much i have changed on this image from my first time using the program and there is a lot more features i could have utilised. Pixlr also offers a free ios/android app so you can edit your favourite photos on the go and create collage.
Pixlr is available on mac,windows,ios and android and there is also a browser version
